A lift that is structurally sound rarely needs full replacement. Modernization upgrades the drive, controls, fixtures and cabin inside the existing shaft — less disruption to the building, and a fraction of the cost of a new installation.

Cost depends on travel height, capacity, drive type and whether a shaft already exists. A home lift for 3 to 5 people is a different order of cost from a passenger lift in a commercial tower. We quote after measuring the shaft on site — tell us the building and we will give you a written figure rather than a range.
Yes. A large share of our work is taking over maintenance on equipment another supplier installed. We start with a full safety inspection and a written condition report, then propose a schedule based on what the equipment actually needs.
For a new installation in an existing shaft, typically four to eight weeks from delivery, depending on travel height and site access. Modernization of an existing lift is usually faster because the shaft and guide rails stay in place.
Repair restores a specific failed component. Modernization replaces the drive, controller, fixtures and cabin inside the existing shaft — it is chosen when a lift is mechanically sound but dated, and it costs a fraction of full replacement.
Yes. Escalator servicing, step-band and handrail inspection, and adjustment are part of the same contract as lift maintenance if you want them together.
We install FUJISJ equipment, but we service and repair any manufacturer's lifts. Our troubleshooting is not limited to the equipment we supply.
